Data Protection

nextMO is a product of NEXT Data Service AG. The following data protection guidelines apply to NEXT Data Service AG and its websites.

Data protection on the website
NEXT Data Service AG appreciates every visit to the website and your interest in the company and its range of services. The protection of personal data is important to us. All web activities of NEXT Data Service AG are carried out in accordance with the applicable legal provisions for the protection of personal data and data security. This data protection notice provides information on how NEXT Data Service AG handles information that is collected during a visit to the NEXT Data Service AG website.

Collection and processing of personal data
Personal data is all information relating to identity, such as name, e-mail address or postal address. Such data is only stored if it is provided to NEXT Data Service AG voluntarily or with prior consent, e.g. when ordering studies/information material or subscribing to the newsletter. This data is then stored and processed accordingly.

Contact form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
The data entered in the contact form is therefore processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You may revoke this consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal email. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains. Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

Use and disclosure of personal data
NEXT Data Service AG uses personal data exclusively for the purposes of technical administration of the websites, to provide access to specific information and for other communication for the previously defined purpose. NEXT Data Service AG will neither pass on personal data to third parties nor use it in any other way. The employees of NEXT Data Service AG are obliged to maintain confidentiality.

Options
The user is free to decide which information is made available to NEXT Data Service AG. If the user does not wish to provide any information, individual contents of the website may not be accessible. If your personal data has changed (e.g. zip code, e-mail or postal address), you can also inform NEXT Data Service AG via e-mail to webteam@next-data-service.com in order to correct or update the data.

Automatically collected information
When you access the NEXT Data Service AG website, general non-personal information (e.g. Internet browser used, number of visits, average time spent on the site, pages viewed) is collected automatically (i.e. not via registration). This information is used to improve the attractiveness, content and functionality of the website. No further use or forwarding of the data takes place in this case either.

Cookies/ Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. In addition, Google Analytics has been extended on this website by the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" provided by Google to ensure anonymized collection of IP addresses. Before transmission, the last two digits of the IP address are shortened so that the user cannot be identified. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You can easily prevent the installation of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser software. You can object to the collection and use of your IP address by Google Analytics at any time with effect for the future. You can do this by installing a browser plug-in provided by Google. You can find the plug-in and further information on the Google website at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Online presence in social media
NEXT Data Service maintains online presences within social networks and platforms in order to communicate with the customers, interested parties and users active there and to inform them about our services.
We would like to point out that user data may be processed outside the European Union. It may therefore be more difficult to enforce users' rights. US providers that are certified under the Privacy Shield thereby undertake to comply with the data protection standards of the EU.
User data can be processed for market research and advertising purposes. For example, user profiles can be created from user behavior and the resulting interests of users. These profiles can be used, for example, to publish advertisements inside and outside social media platforms that presumably reflect the interests of users. For this purpose, cookies are stored on the users' end devices, in which the usage behavior and the presumed interests of the users are stored. Data can also be stored independently of the end devices used, especially if the users maintain profiles in the respective networks and are logged in to them.
The processing of users' personal data is based on our legitimate interests in effective user information and communication with users in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR. GDPR. If the users are asked by the respective providers of the platforms for consent to the data processing described above, the legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a., Art. 7 GDPR.
For a detailed description of the respective processing and the opt-out options, we refer to the following linked information from the providers.
In the case of requests for information and the assertion of user rights, we would also like to point out that these can be asserted most effectively with the providers. Only the providers have access to the users' data and can take appropriate measures and provide information directly. If you still need help, you can contact us.
