Analyse/Tracking

Automatically collected information

When you access the nextMO GmbH website, various data about the accessing system is automatically collected in order to ensure the secure and efficient operation of the website. This includes, for example, the Internet browser used, the operating system used, the number of visits, the average time spent on the site, the pages accessed, the date and time of access and the IP address of the Internet service provider. This information is used to provide the website, to identify and rectify technical problems and to prevent or track possible misuse. Furthermore, this information is used to improve the attractiveness, content and functionality of the website. No further use or disclosure of the data takes place in this case either. This processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Further data processing using cookies and tracking technologies only takes place with your express consent via our cookie banner (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

When using services such as Google Analytics or Google Fonts, personal data is also transmitted to Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Here, too, there is no adequacy decision for the USA. Data is transferred on the basis of standard contractual clauses implemented by Google to ensure an adequate level of data protection. You can find details on this at: policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks

In addition, Google Analytics has been extended on this website by the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" provided by Google to ensure anonymized collection of IP addresses. Before transmission, the last two digits of the IP address are shortened so that the user cannot be identified.

Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You can easily prevent the installation of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser software. The processing is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Consent can be revoked at any time via the cookie settings.

You can object to the collection and use of your IP address by Google Analytics at any time with effect for the future. To do this, you can install a browser plug-in provided by Google. You can find the plug-in and further information on the Google website at http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

Google Ads Conversion-Tracking

If you agree to the setting of cookies when you visit this website, Google Ads Conversion Tracking will be used. This is a web analysis service of Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland ("Google"). If you reach this website via a Google ad, Google Ads will store a conversion cookie on your device. These cookies generally lose their validity after 30 days and are not intended to identify you personally. Each website visitor receives a separate cookie from Google Ads. Cookies can therefore not be tracked via the website by other website visitors. The cookie is used to see that someone has clicked on the ad and thus reached this website.

The information collected by the conversion cookie also enables conversion statistics to be generated, including the total number of website visitors who clicked on the Google ad and were redirected to this website. The processing takes place on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Consent can be revoked at any time via the cookie settings.

At no time is information collected that can be used to personally identify a website visitor. You can find more information on data protection from Google here: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Google Tag Manager

This website uses Google Tag Manager, a web analysis service from Google. Google Tag Manager is used to manage tags that are used on the website. The tool itself is a cookie-less domain and does not store any personal data.

Google reCAPTCHA

To protect against misuse by non-human visitors (bots) and to prevent spam, this website uses the reCAPTCHA service of Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland ("Google").

reCAPTCHA can be used to check whether data is entered on our website by a human or by an automated program. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. When reCAPTCHA is started, your browser establishes a connection to Google's servers.

The following data is processed by Google for the analysis of behavior:

Referrer URL (the address of the page from which the visitor comes)
IP address
Complete screenshot of the browser window
Information about the operating system
Cookies
Mouse and keyword behavior
Dwell time
Settings of the user device (e.g. date and language settings, location, browser, screen resolution...)
All Java Script objects
Cookies are used to process the service.  These cookies require a unique identifier for tracking purposes. According to Google, the IP address is not combined with other Google data unless you are logged in with your Google account while using reCAPTCHA. First, the reCAPTCHA algorithm checks whether Google cookies from other Google services have already been placed on your browser. Then reCAPTCHA places an additional cookie in your browser and captures a snapshot of your browser window. The processing takes place on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Consent can be revoked at any time via the cookie settings.

You can find more information about Google reCAPTCHA here: https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/

Online presence in social media

nextMO GmbH maintains online presences within social networks and platforms in order to communicate with the customers, interested parties and users active there and to inform them about our services.

We would like to point out that user data may be processed outside the European Union. This may make it more difficult to enforce users' rights. US providers that are certified under the Privacy Framework undertake to comply with the data protection standards of the EU.

User data can be processed for market research and advertising purposes. For example, user profiles can be created from user behavior and the resulting interests of users. These profiles can be used, for example, to publish advertisements inside and outside social media platforms that presumably reflect the interests of users. For this purpose, cookies are stored on the users' end devices, in which the usage behavior and the presumed interests of the users are stored. Data can also be stored independently of the end devices used, especially if the users maintain profiles in the respective networks and are logged in to them.

The processing of users' personal data is based on our legitimate interests in effective user information and communication with users in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR. GDPR. If the users are asked by the respective providers of the platforms for consent to the data processing described above, the legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a., Art. 7 GDPR.

For a detailed description of the respective processing and the opt-out options, we refer to the following linked information from the providers.

In the case of requests for information and the assertion of user rights, we would also like to point out that these can be asserted most effectively with the providers. Only the providers have access to the users' data and can take appropriate measures and provide information directly. If you still need help, you can contact us.

Plugins

Elementor

Our website uses the WordPress plugin Elementor from the provider Elementor Ltd, Israel, to create and design website content.
Elementor is a so-called page builder that enables us to visually design and structure our website. It is a locally installed plugin. As a rule, Elementor does not process any personal data of website visitors, unless additional widgets are integrated that use external services (e.g. Google Maps, YouTube, reCAPTCHA or similar).
If external content is integrated via Elementor, personal data (e.g. IP address, browser information, cookies if applicable) may be transmitted to third-party providers. In these cases, processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in an appealing design and functionality of the website) or, if necessary, on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, which is obtained via a consent tool.

Further information on data processing by Elementor can be found in the provider's privacy policy at:
https://elementor.com/about/privacy/

Essential Addons for Elementor

We also use the Essential Addons for Elementor plugin on our website. This plugin is provided by WPDeveloper - Analytica Soft, Bangladesh.
Essential Addons extends the functionality of Elementor with additional widgets and design functions. The plugin is installed locally on our server. As a rule, there is no independent collection or processing of personal data by the plugin itself.
However, individual widgets (e.g. for YouTube videos, Google Maps, social media feeds, reCAPTCHA etc.) may integrate third-party services. In these cases, personal data (e.g. IP address, browser data) may be transmitted to the respective third-party providers.

The legal basis for the integration of such content is - depending on the configuration - either:
Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in an attractive presentation of our website), or
Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent), if you actively agree to the use via a content banner.

Further information on data processing by WPDeveloper can be found in the provider's privacy policy at:
https://wpdeveloper.com/privacy-policy/

Borlabs Cookie

Our website uses the consent management tool "Borlabs Cookie", a plugin from Borlabs GmbH, Germany.
We use this plugin to manage the consent of our website visitors to the storage of certain cookies or the use of certain third-party services. When you enter our website, a technically necessary cookie ("borlabs-cookie") is set in which your consents or revocations are stored. This cookie does not process any personal data, but only contains information about the consent status you have selected for various cookie groups and services.
The use of Borlabs cookies is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (fulfillment of a legal obligation) and/or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in data protection-compliant documentation and administration of consents).
You can change or revoke your consent or settings at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of our website.

Further information on data processing by Borlabs can be found at:
https://borlabs.io/privacy/

Our website uses the WordPress plugin Yoast SEO for technical and content-related search engine optimization. The provider of the plugin is Yoast BV, Netherlands.
Yoast SEO helps us to prepare content in a search engine-friendly way, manage metadata and optimize the page structure. The plugin is operated locally on our server and does not process any personal data of website visitors. There is no analysis of user behaviour, no tracking and no data transmission to third parties by the plugin itself.
The use of Yoast SEO is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in an optimized presentation of our website in search engines and improved findability).

Further information on data protection at Yoast can be found at:
https://yoast.com/privacy-policy/

TranslatePress

We use the TranslatePress plugin to translate content on our website. The provider is Cozmoslabs SRL, Romania.
TranslatePress does not store any personal data of website visitors unless you use add-ons such as Google Translate or DeepL for automated translation. In these cases, the IP address may be transmitted to the respective providers.
The legal basis for processing is, depending on the configuration, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in linguistic accessibility) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, if consent is required.

Further information is available at:
https://translatepress.com/privacy-policy/

Site Kit by Google

Our website uses the Site Kit by Google plugin, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Ireland.
Site Kit integrates Google services such as Google Analytics, Search Console, AdSense or PageSpeed Insights into the WordPress dashboard. Personal data such as IP address, location data or user behavior may be transmitted to Google, especially if Google Analytics is activated.
The data processing is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, which is obtained via the cookie consent tool. No analysis takes place without consent.

You can find Google's privacy policy here:
https://policies.google.com/privacy

Elementor Accessibility / Ally

To improve accessibility, our website uses the Elementor Accessibility plugin (often referred to as "Ally"), an official add-on from Elementor Ltd, Israel.
The plugin is used to make the website more accessible in accordance with international accessibility guidelines (e.g. WCAG) - for example through keyboard navigation, contrast adjustment or more reader-friendly structures. The extension is operated locally on our web server and does not process any personal data of website visitors.
The use is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in improving the user-friendliness and accessibility of our website).

Further information on data protection at Elementor can be found at:
https://elementor.com/about/privacy/

Custom Fonts

Our website uses the WordPress plugin Custom Fonts to integrate individual fonts locally. The provider of the plugin is Brainstorm Force, India.
"Custom Fonts" allows self-hosted fonts (e.g. .woff, .woff2, .ttf, .otf) to be integrated without the need for a connection to external servers (such as Google Fonts). As a result, no personal data is transferred to third parties, in particular not to Google or other external providers.
The use of the plugin is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a data protection-compliant, appealing presentation of our website with individual fonts).

Unlimited Elements for Elementor

Our website uses the plugin Unlimited Elements for Elementor, provided by Unlimited Elements, Israel. The plugin extends the functionality of the Elementor page builder with numerous additional widgets, modules and visual design options.
Unlimited Elements is operated locally on our server. The plugin itself does not process any personal data as long as no external content is integrated via individual widgets.
Some widgets of the plugin (e.g. for YouTube, Vimeo, Google Maps, social feeds or external galleries) can, however, load content from third-party providers. Your IP address and other browser-related information may be transmitted to the respective providers. In this case, processing takes place on the basis of:

Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in attractive and functional website design), or

Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent), if a cookie consent tool is used to obtain your consent.

You can find more information about the provider at:
https://unlimited-elements.com/privacy-policy/

Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)

Our website uses the Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) plugin, developed by WP Engine, USA.
ACF is used to create and manage custom content fields that are used for the structured presentation of content in WordPress. The plugin is operated locally on our server and does not itself process any personal data of website visitors, unless data is collected that is entered or displayed directly on the website (e.g. via ACF forms or dynamic fields with personal content).
However, if ACF is used to display personal data or collect it via ACF forms, the same data protection requirements apply to these fields as for any other contact form or input field. In these cases, we provide information in the relevant section of this privacy policy (e.g. "Contact forms", "Comment function", etc.).

The use is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in structured, flexible content management in WordPress).

You can find further information on ACF/WP Engine data protection at:
https://wpengine.com/legal/privacy/

Elfsight

We use widgets from the provider Elfsight. The service is provided by Elfsight, LLC, Armenia. Data may be transferred to the third country Armenia.  There is no adequacy decision by the EU Commission for Armenia in accordance with Art. 45 GDPR. The transfer therefore takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR, which have been approved by the European Commission. These clauses oblige Elfsight to maintain an adequate level of data protection outside the EU. You can request a copy of the standard contractual clauses used directly from us or can be found at Implementing decision - 2021/914 - EN - EUR-Lex

Elfsight uses strictly necessary cookies to ensure the basic functionality of the widget. The processing is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Consent can be revoked at any time via the cookie settings. Further information on data processing by Elfsight can be found in their privacy policy: https://elfsight.com/privacy-policy/.

EWWW Image Optimizer

Our website uses the plugin EWWW Image Optimizer, provided by Exactly WWW LLC, USA.

The plugin is used to optimize image files in order to improve the loading times of the website. EWWW Image Optimizer can work locally on the server or - depending on the configuration - transfer images to external servers of the provider for compression.

In the local default configuration, the plugin does not process any personal data from visitors and does not transfer any data to third parties. However, if the optional cloud optimization or the Content Delivery Network (CDN) of EWWW is activated, image data (including possible embedded metadata or EXIF data) and IP addresses may be transferred to servers in the USA.

In this case, processing is carried out on the basis of:
Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a fast and optimized presentation of the website), or
Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent), if a CDN or external image optimization is integrated and prior consent is obtained via a cookie consent tool.

Further information on data protection at EWWW Image Optimizer can be found at:
https://ewww.io/privacy-policy/

Font Awesome

Our website uses Font Awesome, a font and symbol toolkit for the uniform display of icons. The provider is Fonticons, Inc, USA.

1. local integration
The icons from Font Awesome are stored and loaded locally on our web server. This means that there is no connection to servers of Font Awesome or third parties. No personal data is transmitted to third parties.

The use is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in an appealing and consistent presentation of our content).

2. integration via CDN (e.g. use.fontawesome.com)
If Font Awesome is integrated via a CDN, a connection to the servers of Fonticons, Inc. in the USA is established when our pages are accessed. Your IP address and browser information may be transmitted to Fonticons and stored there.

The integration via CDN only takes place with your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, which is obtained via our cookie consent tool (e.g. Borlabs). Font Awesome will not be loaded via CDN without your consent.

Further information on Font Awesome's data protection can be found at:
